Tryptophan converts into L-5- Hydroxytryptophan in the body,subsequently 5HTP is more active and less required in supplementation eg 1,000mg of tryptophan is equal in activity to 100mg of 5HTP.

Directions
One or Two capsules daily with juice or water in between meals

5 HTP (L-5-Hydroxytryptophan from standardised griffonia simplicifolia seed extract 100mg
Valerian Root powdered extract 100mg
Vitamin B6 10mg
