A-Z Multi has an excellent spread of nutrients making it an ideal choice for those 13 years and upwards. Especially those at college whose diets may be based on junk food with little fresh fruit and vegetabls. This one-a-day formula provides all of the most important micronutrients, many at 100% RDA.

Lamberts A-Z Multi is like many other A-Z preparations on the market, offering vitamins and minerals at 100% of RDA. Our A-Z Multi offers an easy, cost effective way to ensure a basic intake of the most important micronutrients, although 100% of a nutrient`s RDA is not necessarily the optimum level. It should be noted, however, that calcium and magnesium are too bulky to fit into any such multiple formulation at 100% of RDA. Our A-Z Multi should therefore be taken alongside Osteoguard to ensure an adequate intake of these very important minerals. Lamberts A-Z Multi is therefore of most use: - as a lower priced option for long term use- for youngsters from age 13 upwards- during pregnancy.

Directions For Use:
One tablet daily with a meal or as directed by practitioner.
