This wine develops a grassy bouquet and an interesting spice flavour which is quite tangy.
Nothing further to add except water. Makes 6 bottles

Beaverdale Cabernet Sauvignon
The best known red wine grape and the main variety used in all Bordeaux,Medoc wines(clarets).Recognised by its strong blackcurrant and herby aroma.The higher tannin content of the wine requires a longer maturation time for it to reach its peak.

Beaverdale Shiraz
Intensely coloured,ripe and spicy with cedary oak flavours.Richly textured with firm,ripe tannins and a long tangy finish.This is a delicious,bold and satisfying new world winter warmer.
