Natures Aid Black Cohosh Complex with Sage tablets contain 5mg of triterpene glycosides.which has been shown to help relieve common menopausal problems such as hot flushes and vaginal dryness.
Each Black Cohosh Complex with Sage tablet will provide on average
Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa)root extract equivalent to 500mg dried root standardised to provide 5mg of triterpene glycosides
Sage (salvia officinalis)herb extract equivalent to200mg dried herb
Liquorice(glycyrrhiza glabra)root extract equivalent to 200mg dried root
standardised to provide 4mg glycyrrhizinic acid
Wild Yam(Dioscorea villosa) root extract equivalent to 200mg dried root
standardised to provide 2mg diosgenin
Siberian Ginseng(Eleutherococcus senticosus root extract equivalent to 200mg dried root typically providing 106ug eleutherosides.

Directions
Take one to two Black Cohosh Complex with Sage tablet per day with food
