Natures Aid Black Cohosh Complex with Sage contains 5mg of triterpene glycosides.which has been shown to help relieve common menopausal problems such as hot flushes and vaginal dryness.
Each tablet will provide on average
Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa)root extract equivalent to 500mg dried root standardised to provide 5mg of triterpene glycosides
Sage (salvia officinalis)herb extract equivalent to200mg dried herb
Liquorice(glycyrrhiza glabra)root extract equivalent to 200mg dried root
standardised to provide 4mg glycyrrhizinic acid
Wild Yam(Dioscorea villosa) root extract equivalent to 200mg dried root
standardised to provide 2mg diosgenin
Siberian Ginseng(Eleutherococcus senticosus root extract equivalent to 200mg dried root typically providing 106ug eleutherosides.

Directions
Take one to two tablets per day with food

Black Cohosh may rarely cause liver problems.If you become unwell(yellowing eyes/skin,nausea,vomiting,dark urine,abdominal pain,unusual tiredness) stop taking immediately and seek medical advice.Not suitable for patients with a previous history of liver disease.Not recommended during pregnancy or when breastfeeding
