Black Rock Cider kit
Black Rock Cider kits are produced from apples harvested from New Zealand's premium pip fruit orchards to produce the taste and clarity demanded by the homebrewer. This kit requires the addition of 1kg of sugar for the initial fermentation and makes 23 litres (40 pints) of traditional sparkling or still cider with a superb clean refreshing taste, a light golden colour, and an alcohol content of about 4.2% ABV.

Great cider As good as cider kits get, far better than bought cider only gripe is the yeast 'sticks' sometimes so have a backup sachet! -

Crisp and dry! Bit disappointed in the Black Rock Cider Kit, took a long while to clear and was a bit flat, not sparkling, but it was VERY dry with a crisp apple taste. Purely down to my taste I suppose, trouble is I have a sweet tooth and prefer the Finlandia kit! Steve - West Sussex
