This Brewmaker Victorian Bitter is a very special home brew of exceptional quality,strength and flavour for three fundimental reasons. Firstly,we give you a full 1.8kg of concentrated English malted barley. Secondly .only the very malting barley and hops are used,blended to an original formula,to give you the traditional strength and flavour of "Real" beer. Lastly,we use a genuine brewers yeast,which means fast fermentation and clearing,with no yeasty "off" flavours.
These Three special factors give you the traditional flavour and strength of beer as it used to be,Because we use above average quantities of high quality ingredients,beer from this Brewmaker Victorian Bitter kit may cost a little more but we think its worth the extra.

  Excellent  One of my favourite tinned beer kits. Doesn't really taste like a tinned kit. I generally mix it as a 35 pint kit rather than 40 to get a really full bodied, hoppy beer. Highly recommended.    -
