The recipe for this kit has been developed to the original Real Ale recipe produced by the Burton Bridge Brewery in Burton-on-Trent, Where cask ales are produced using traditional methods.
Burton Bridge Beer has been voted Camra Bitter of the Year.
This kit when made as instructed produces 40 pints of quality bitter, original gravity1036º 1040º, Alcohol by volume 3.8%.

Only the finest quality ingredients have been used to produced an excellent beer. This kit contains 100% Hopped Malt Extract and Genuine Brewers Yest, enabling you to make beer of a professional standard.
You will need in addition to this kit, 800hms of light dried malt extract, beer enhancer (preferably Burton Bridge), brewing sugar or sugar. We recommend malt extract or beer enhancer.
