  California Connoissuer Chardonnay  Easy to make even by a complete novice like myself. First batch (ever) made 27.5 bottles not 30 due to sediment but I think I can improve on that next time. Nevertheless excellent quality tasting wine - I'm really proud ! :-)   Katie - Congleton
