Each capsule contains
Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCL (salt free) 500mg
providing 375mg Glucosamine Sulphate
Fish Oil 500mg
typically providing 170mg total Omega 3
of which:Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 90mg
Docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) 60mg


Directions
Take one to three capsules per day with food
Do not exceed the recommended intake
