  A great clear bright wine, no need for chemicals  A great product which allows clear bright wines to be produced without having to taint with chemical additives. Although it is recommended to used finnings, especially for wines which may contain high levels of particles, I have produced many gallons of clear bright wine with just the filter.   Darren - Cheshire
