One Tablet provides:
Calcium 500mg
Phosphorus 100mg
Iron 12mg
Magnesium 200mg
Zinc 7.5mg
Iodine 70µg
Manganese 2mg
Boron 1mg
Copper 500µg
Chromium 50µg
Selenium 50µg
Molybdenum 2.5µg

Other Ingredients:
Tableted with: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Stearic Acid, Crosslinked Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Sodium Molybdate.

Directions For Use:
1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal.

CAUTION:
This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
