Lifeplan Formula 8 Multivitamins and Iron Tablets. One a day. These tablets contain a wide spectrum of the vitamins A, B, C, D and E, together with Iron. They are made to a special one day formula. Swallow one tablet daily with food.

Thiamin B1 1.4mg
Riboflavin B2 1.6mg
Niacin 18mg
Vitamin B6 2mg
Folacin 200ug
Vitamin B12 1ug

Directions
Take 1 tablet daily with a little liquid.
