The night formula combines soya isoflavones,magnesium,vitamin B6 and lemon balm extract for a relaxing effect.All the active ingredients are combined in a RTC matrix allowing prolonged release,and therefore an effect that lasts all night.

Directions
Take 2 capsules per day.1 day capsule in the morning and 1 night capsule in the evening during meals.
