This product is designed for those following a calorie controlled weight loss diet. Lamberts does not generally provide supplements for use by ‘slimmers’ however the data to support the validity of green coffee extract is sufficiently interesting for the supplement to be included in the Lamberts® range.

The extract used is decaffeinated and contains high levels of the active compounds called chlorogenic acids and in particular, one called 5-caffeoylquinic acid. These compounds have some important properties including being powerful antioxidants, that help fight free radical damage. We use fresh coffee beans for our extract as the roasting process changes the chemical profile of the coffee bean, depleting it of some compounds. This product:
Can be used in conjunction with a calorie controlled weight loss diet
Is decaffeinated so does not cause unwanted stimulatory effects
Also acts as a potent antioxidant.

In order to lose weight there is no alternative to restricting your calorie intake so that you consume fewer calories than your body is using.
