Four capsules contain
Rosehip (rosa canina)fruit extract 750mg
equivalent to dried fruit 3000mg
Each capsule contains 187.5mg of concentrated Rosehip extract equivalent to a full 750mg of dried Rosehip fruit.

Directions
First 3 - 5 weeks:Take 3 capsules twice per day with food.
Maintenance dose:Take two capsules twice per day with food
swallow capsules with water or split capsules and sprinkle over food
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
