DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
As a food supplement for adufls. two (2) tablets three times daily, preferaby at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare pract1ioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

Ingredients
Six (6) tablets provide:
Bulking Agents: microcrystalline cellulose. dicalcum phosphate
Soya Lecithin unbleached)..................1200 mg
Grapefruit Powder Concentrate ..............300 mg (equivalent to 12 grams & whole Grapefruit)
Cider Vinegar Powder............................240 mg
Anti-caking Agents: silicon caoxide, magnesium stearate, vegetable steari acid Cellulose Gum
Vitamm B6 (as pyndoxine hydrocloride) ....50 mg
Iodine (as potassium iodide prep.) 210

Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
