Solgar Hematinic Formula tablets contains the Blood Building Factors Iron, Liver, Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid Plus Vitamin C.

Directions:
As a food supplement for adults three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Ingredients:
Each three (3) tablets provide:
Liver (desiccated and defatted) 750 mg
Vitamin C (buffered as calcium ascorbate) 300 mg
Iron (bisglycinate+) 45 mg
Folic Acid 300 ug
Vitamin B-12 (cobalamin prep.) 50 ug

Tableted with these natural ingredients:
vegetable powdered cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, vegetable stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate. +A unique form of chelated iron (iron bisglycinate) formulated for maximum absorption without the gastrointestinal irritation or constipating effects that often accompany iron supplementation
