Take 4 Solgar Bone support tablets daily preferably at mealtimes

Four Solgar Bone support tablets provide;
Calcium (as dicalcium malate,citrate,amino acid chelate) 1000mg
Magnesium (as dimagnesium malate,citrate,amino acid chelate) 500mg
Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7) (contains milk and soy) 65ug
Boron (as sodium borate,citric acid) 2mg
vegetable glycerin
Zinc (as amino acid chelate) 5mg
Manganese (as amino acid chelate) 2mg
Copper (as amino acid chelate) 0.5mg
Vitamin D (1000iu as D3 prep) 25ug
Anti caking agents: vegetable stearic acid,silicon dioxide,vegetable magnesiun stearate
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose
cellolose gum

Glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose
