Recommended Intake
Adults and the elderly, take two tablets once a day.

Ingredients
Each film coated tablet contains 300mg of extract (as dry extract) from St John's wort aerial parts (Hypercium perforatum L.) (5-7:1) equivalent to 1500 - 2100mg of St Johns Wort herb.
