Sometimes we just become overwhelmed and seem to lack the energy to do anything. We feel apathetic, exhausted and debilitated. Admitedly at times these feelings are self-inflicted because we have been working too hard, overindulged or spent too much time out socialising.

Combining the flower essences of Hornbeam, Olive, Ramsons, Clematis, Wild Rose, Oak, Elm, Tansy, Mullein and Gentian, Vitality Essence can help to restore one's interest, feeling of wellbeing resilience and motivation in life.

Ingredients:
Tinctures of the flowers of Hornbeam, Olive, Ramsons, Clematis, Wild Rose, Oak, Elm, Tansy, Mullein and Gentian in equal amounts.
Alcohol Content: approx 27%(V/V)

Directions For Use:
Generally: Use 5 drops in a little water as often as required.
Maintenance: 5 drops in a little water 3 times daily. Not recommended late at night.
