Black Cohosh by Natures Aid

Natures Aid standardised Black Cohosh is a herb that may be useful to women going through the Menopause.
Each tablet contains on average
Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa)root extract 200mg equivalent to 500mg dried root standardised to provide 5mg triterpene glycosides.

Directions
Take one to two tablets per day with food

WARNING
Black Cohosh may rarely cause liver problems.If you become unwell(yellowing eyes/skin,nausea,vomiting,dark urine,abdominal pain,unusual tiredness) stop taking immediately and seek medical advice.Not suitable for patients with a previous history of liver disease.Not recommended during pregnancy or when breastfeeding.
